The difference emporiUM escandinavia employs between Diner Transportable (also known as "catering") and the Brazilian "Buffet" is to say that we deliver a differentiated product and service in that the food is primarily based in the Nordic Kitchen (see "Nordisk Mad" for more details) but can span other kitchen styles in which we have experience and thereby is not only the classic Brazilian Buffet courses.

Thus we very much seek to satisfy a need of providing quality food with Scandinavia roots to private persons as well as companies owned or run by people with the same cultural background as our selves, who are seeking that special angle to emphasise an occasion, a product or service line with another Scandinavian quality delivery - the marvelous food.

Another important fact is that this service is tuned towards a broader market than the traditional "Buffet" (for weddings, anniversaries and confraternizações) by also being a service we are promoting for smaller business lunches (4 persons and upwards); for meetings; to receptions that need to stand out in the mind of the guests; to Scandinavian branding events where the complete, end-to-end experience must support the final cultural objective; or simply as a different lunch for the busy executive.
